1. Why is our form of marketing more effective than others?
Direct Marketing provides a more personal connection between our customers and clients. Indirect marketing (Telemarketing, Television ads, Billboards, etc) lacks the face to face contact the customers desire. We believe that our customers want to do business with a friendly face and a smile, which is what we provide.
2. Where do our consultations/meeting take place?
The meetings take place at the location of the customer. That’s the great part about Direct Marketing. The customer doesn’t come to us, we go to the customer.
3. How are the customers acquired?
We are responsible for the entire state of Ohio. We acquire our customer through daily face-to-face consultants. In addition to clients acquisition, we maintain the relationships with out current customers.
4. Where are you looking to expand?
We are looking to expand to a minimum of 5 locations in Ohio and Nationwide by the end of 2014.
5. Are there set paths for employees?
All of our managers started out as Account Reps and Management Trainees and followed a clearly defined career path that took them to where they are today.
6.How long does it take to become a manager?
On Average, employees advance to a management position in 5-18 months. An exceptional work ethic, a great student mentality, and overall eagerness to succeed will allow and individual to advance rapidly.
